The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the mall area and just a minute away from the train station. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with amenities like WiFi, a kettle, and blinds. The Bell Desk team was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable.

Awesome and amazing breakfast variety of meals.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe room, plus good air-conditioning, coffee, and blinds. Quiet atmosphere and separate bathroom. Very central location, suitable place for discovering Hong Kong. Good area close enough to underground tunnel, and Victoria Harbor.

Superfriendly people.

The most important - marvellous and fab location to get to use the metro. Also - close to a major subway station beneath and Pacific Place in Admiralty where there are shops, restaurants, and an MTA station.

The hotel has an amazing location, very close to a four-level shopping center. the rooms are decent size and functional, with the option for a harbor view or mountain view. - the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always has a smiling face.

The units are recently renovated, functional.

That was well-maintained and well-appointed hotel set in gorgeous area, short walk to restuarants, the Harbour and Ocean Park by MTR which was very convenient and time saving.

The location is incredible and ideal, with a subway station right next to the building. Located in a gorgeous part of town. - the bed is very comfy, the bathroom is clean, and there is a kettle and blinds in the room. - the hotel offers a good selection of outstanding food options.

Had to ask at the reception several times for a 2nd duvet. Then finally a thin, dirty blanket without cover with several black hairs came on it. Not the standard we usually have and can expect regular guests.

No sockets. You cannot take a guest into the lounge.
